Strategic Plan 2012-2016

Laying out a vision for the Center for Ocean Solutions, the Strategic Plan 2012-2016 highlights important focal areas and collaborations as well as COS's educational programs and efforts.  The Plan provides an overview of COS's approach to finding solutions to the challenges facing the oceans and how the organization selects project or program to include in its portfolio.  Finally the Strategic Plan lays out metrics for measuring the success of the organization's efforts and undertakings.
